Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?


Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order before it starts processing for shipment. Please contact our customer service team at info@marchemarbre.ca (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once your order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled or rerouted due to the perishable nature of our products.



Where do you ship?

How is my order packaged to ensure freshness?


Our products are shipped fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming your order within 3-5 days or freezing it for longer storage.



What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?


Contact us immediately at info@marchemarbre.ca Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). Provide photos of the product and packaging, along with a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
